You will do alright your 1st year, considering. If you are single and don't worry about hometime, Mays a good starter company. Depends on what you consider good money. I'm on a 6 off and home 3, with the Pumpkin. On track to make around 44,000 this year. I'm lucky this is a 2nd career for me. wife makes big money, kids gone, just supplemental income for me. May gave me my start, won't forget that. Hope it works out for you like you're dreaming.

Thanks jimmy. I don't need hometime. No family. No kids. No GF. I'm putting my stuff in storage. 2nd career for me too! Don't need the money either. I'm retired and financially set for life.
You with pumpkin? Are they better as a starter co than May?

Hey Joker , sorry about hijacking your thread. SNI or May, it's like apples and oranges. SNI doesn't micro mananage you, fuel when you want, scale, ect. Great terminals, (showers, washers ect). How ever, with May , you can get a 2000 watt inverter. With SNI, no dice. 300 watt inverter tops. I run a 400 watt, but take it out when I go home. When I was at May I ran a full fridge and had a Microwave. At SNI, I use a Igloo 12 volt cooler, no micowave. If you are going full OTR, that 2000 watt inverter is great. Govenor at SNI is 64 mph. Mays is 61. SNI has many different hometime options, It's great for my situation.
Tough call on who to start with.

Jimmy, you want to PM me instead?
    Or, does:
May gives you the 2000 watt inverter? Or they install one if I buy it?
Does May micro manage you? I definitely don't want that.
SNI trucks idle below 20 and above 70 right?
Difference in speed is no biggie.
    Don't care bout hometime either.
    Which has more miles?
Mays trucks are nicer, better right?
Can you take the truck home w SNI?
I have pre hires with both!!
    Thanks.
