May will Micro-Manage you to Death. I was told how to start the truck. How to properly walk in snow. How to walk thru a door way safely. And constantly told how to do my job, by dumb ### dispatchers that never even sat in a truck. I spent 4 years at May, Always on time. Constantly rescued loads for them, giving up 1,000 mile run for a 250 mile rescue and then sat for a day waiting for a load. I bought a truck from them (first truck I owned) and still got told how to do everything.

Good starter company? I guess, nice loaded trucks, usually in the shop 1/2 the time.

I would go with SNI .. A professional Company with a better Business Model.

Is it true May charges you for idling in the extreme heat?? I notice some of you are from the hot desert and Cali.
