Hopefully, they will have more parking, too. Having an iHop on site will be a huge attraction for me; maybe they're learning that not all drivers want a full-time menu of Subway or Arby's sandwiches all the time. I chose to stay at Flying J over Pilot for one reason: the sit-down restaurants on site, usually a Denny's, but both of them have very large lots. Last edited: Aug 26, 2016

But on a more positive note, I tested my newly-repaired 12v receptacles with my RoadPro coffee maker and guess what?

I am now enjoying a truck-made mug of Starbucks Sumatra coffee, my favorite. Now the best coffee on the Interstate is found in this ol' Pete!rexmanno, 88 Alpha, popcorn169 and 2 others Thank this.

After spending two lovely Georgia summer nights in this truck with no AOU, I am now sitting outside the ThermoKing shop in Resaca, first in line, to get the bloody thing fixed. popcorn169, 88 Alpha and Bumper Thank this.

I flat bedded for the first and last time 3 yrs ago. Exactly how you described it, even slipping on deck nearly splitting my head open. AND kid getting the loads #####in' whats taking me so long

APU was fixed and the temperature dropped 20 degrees that night.

 Of course.

But I'm at the tail end of a 34-hour reset that I need. I've been running on 4-6 hour recaps for too long and I was assigned a beer load that's already late to be picked up and it's a preloaded AB load, so I figured, why not? It doesn't deliver until Monday anyway...

Then I can get back to a normal 8-9 hour days and not be confronted by a week of 4-6 hour recaps in my near future.
