Update: The sheetrock was delivered without incident as was a load of drywall and something else I've forgotten. I have spent this day in central Noeth Dakota at a John Deere plant tiring down their commercial seeding implements...after spending two hours trying to find the proper securement devices, which the folks here finally provided...and I hope they charge the company a premium.
So now I have all this secured (I hope and with the helpful hints from one of the yard dogs here because my company provided absolutely no guidance on how to secure this stuff) and as soon as I get some time in the clock, it's off to Kentucky, a nice 1,400 mile run. But I am certain my DM is trying to kill me. Or make me stronger. Or make me quit. Or something. He has not gotten me anywhere near my house for 3 weeks, so my truck still awaits its setup.
And that's after falling off the truck once, getting smacked by a binder once, and skinning my elbow. And being sore in places I didn't even know I could get sore!

I can tell you that you are a total screw up. You're not supposed to be driving upside down!!!!

You are going to have to get their attention in order to go home. They have no reason to send you. Your DMs paycheck is made by you. When you're not running, he's not earning. BTW, their load cutoff for their paychecks is Saturday midnight. If they push you to get it delivered by then, now you know why.

Stopped at the Big Chief truck stop, Fergus Falls, Minnesota for the night. It's not as far as I wanted but it's here and I did find a parking space, so life remains good.
And the green Deeres on my back remain firmly affixed to the trailer. That is a good thing.jomar68 Thanks this. -
