I've got the seat all the way down and have been pushing and pulling on that connector, but nothing moves. Yet.

Its like he said...chinese finger cuffs.....lol

i always do one end at a time.....hold it in the middle and press in with your finger while pulling on the hose...

When you accomplish this for the first time you will feel like an idiot since it is so simple...

Perhaps you should consider burning it down......

you could always put a sign in your yard supporting your local police department and i am certain someone will do it for you.....lol

Here is a better view of some other fittings. Youll want to push the grey ring in towards the fitting to let the line come out.

FL uses these all over and they can leak so it's an easy fix to pull the line out and put it back in to get a better seal.

Edit: pump the brakes or something to let some air pressure out of the system if they won't budge.

    tow614 and DenaliDad Thank this.

Heres a a better photo of the connector behind each of the two seats. It's a 1-piece unit and nothing is moving, even with no air in the lines.

You have to bleed the whole system, that hose supplies the seat with air. Until the tanks are bled down, there is still pressure in that hose.

I had a blow gun a long time ago, maybe still do, somewhere, but it makes as much of a mess as the dust, from my experience. I have gone to using a shop vac. Or else the vacs outside some truck washes while waiting to get in to the wash bay.

And, of course, just as soon as I write that, I try it again and success. I now have a blow gun installed. Performing leak test!

This is very true...i am buying a rechargeable hand vac while i am home this weekend

It appears I have a leaky flange, so if one more adjustment doesn't fix it, I, too, will be buying a handheld vac.

After trying about everything I can think of, on both seats without success, other than affirming the same flange leaks, I have come to the conclusion that once again, this RoadPro-contracted, high-precision Chinese manufacturing process has failed me.

Of course, the receipt that has been hanging around for a week cannot now be found, so I am stuck with this very pretty piece of junk.
