I'm still trying to figure out what butt hole trucking is. Also, what constitutes one that isn't. Small carriers is not an answer as it's vague. The crappiest offer I ever recurved was from a small independent carrier.

I Remember several years I was talking to a couple of Schneider o/o who ran into lofgren and they they had stated that lofgren had told them this. " You drivers have atiitude problems."...this guy has destroyed Schneider....he's proven he's as anti driver as can be....he's definitely 180 degrees from what Don Schneider is.. I worked for Schneider when don was running too...48Packard Thanks this.

I wonder about something and this may be something that doesn't matter much but this brings a question in mind about your employment contract, or if you even have one, does it stipulate the home time program, what the requirements are to use it and how they are required to abide by an agreement of dates and such?
What court case?
this is a non-starter for court. bordering on frivolous because no one is guaranteed a job no matter what.
He flunked the in-house physical that is done for that division and state but nothing outside of that is bait and switch because he flunked the test and was offered another job, he can't complain much.
The other thing that sticks out is the idea that there were promises made, unless it is in writing, like gas and room reimbursement, then there is nothing that can be done about it. For those dealing with companies that they are making deals with you, have them send you an agreement with someone's signature on it if you are unsure. -
I'm better than you Romans6:12, the orange group wouldn't even hire me over the phone.. Because, I did not have my own way to get to the Texas oil fields. Of course I kid.. But I do feel the ever prrsent raping from a big company. All hail to the dictatorships of communisms.....................ttrucking

I agree with the OP on a couple of things. I think SNI should not have treated him the way he was treated after he found out he could not pass their physical. That was plain rude and disrespectful on advising him to take a van job. They should have politely informed him that he would have to wait another week or leave. Also, I think full well knowing of potential problems, SNI could have advised him better before he packed up his stuff. I mean like you'll have addition tests etc. I'm glad he lucked onto another job. I have followed him and have the utmost respect for him and his situation. It takes some one of his caliber for him not wanting to go back to his old employer for he didn't want to screw them over.

What SNI did was probably a blessing.Usually a company that burns a driver unjustly, the driver finds a better job.

I would have tried going up the chain of command.
Every company has people that screwup.
That is not how things usually work there.
Good Luck Romans ... -
If people decided not to go with a certain company because of someone else making one bad comment or complaint about the company, then there wouldn't be any trucks on the road..

In many cases the chain of command is in kahoots with everyone else. But does'nt hurt to try.
