450 has been the lowest. 400 is where I will politely talk with them.

Between 0.60 and 0.61/mile would be a pretty close approximation if you ran in the neighborhood of 130K miles and took the matching 401K.

    Fourth quarter
    Week 40 (3599 miles, 2 drops, 1 home day)
    Week 41 (3219 miles, 2 days home)
    Week 42 (3400 miles, 6 drops)
    Week 43 (3737 miles, 7 drops)
    Week 44 (3622 miles, 1 drop)
    Week 45 (3803 miles, 8 drops)
    Week 46 (3483 miles, 2 drops)
    Week 47 (4064 miles, 3 drops)
    Week 48 (3518 miles, 3 drops)
    Week 49 (4572 miles, 4 drops, 1 reset)

Looking back over a ten week stretch from last year, WOW:) Hoping things are going to be fairly similar although that stretch was admittedly a little bit of stretching the boundaries of the log book. Second day of orientation in the books. Pretty easy day with the welcome aboard lunch and a couple of other meetings. Finishing up tomorrow around noon and flying back to Vegas in the afternoon. Hope to pick up a couple of SLC loads next week to cover for one of the local guys out there as I really need to be around the house for a few days to attend to some things (haven't heard from OB yet) but if not I plan on picking up something around the 2nd and start busting out the miles. Feeling good and looking forward to resuming duties.

What's the problem out there in Vegas.
You don't want any of those 16 dollar an hour,
No overtime, night shift, stay broke all the time
Local jobs they have to offer.
    There all over the city.

You could be home every day.
You won't have any money to do anything but
You could sit in the house and watch over
The air tv all day long. Lol.
Those local jobs are a joke out there.

    rpad139 and majestyk Thank this.

Welcome back the Majestyk I noticed a week or so ago that you hadn’t been posting on here much. Now I see why. I am back at a local gig myself. Ran a year and half OTR with ATS and was enjoying it. Until they took my reliable 70mph 2013 Pete away. Sold it and “the only thing they had to replace it” was a 2019 Pete with the “babysitter” on board as well as turned down to 65. Oh and then there was the awesome crash mitigation system that as many will tell you... SUCKS! Then my wife decided she wanted me home again and after 3 months in that babysitting truck I gave it back to em and came on home. Hauling stuff in a day cab with a dump trailer now. Why I never applied at this place before I’ll never know.

We’ll be safe out there man. Oh and as for the elog slowing you down. It probably will because there is no “fudging” involved. I like it better, but I never ran the miles you were getting.

Good to hear from you brother and glad you are enjoying the local work. Can't seem to get away from trucking which is ok I suppose. An honorable job and I am fairly good at it so will likely finish my working days out here. Going to really try to bust ### over the next year or so and then slow down a bit perhaps if I can find a slower gear than balls to the wall running:)
