Got my home time load as requested. Looking forward to a solid 5 days of deer scouting, bow aligning and some down time with the woman. Heading back out on Monday (29th) to pick up a BH hopefully. Depending on loads until end of month should be a tad bit over 11K miles with 7 days of home time so not too shabby.

When you gonna get that local Henderson job back.
-
That job is long gone for me Think the two drivers doing that now are pretty set to be there a long while. Back on the road today instead of in the morning. Got a p/u tomorrow in Southaven, MS followed by another in West Memphis, AR heading back to Dallas for hopefully a d/h at Home Depot and a new trip heading out on Tuesday.
tucker Thanks this. -
Picked up a driver in Texarkana that was waiting on a truck repair today. Cool dude. Got my first run to Uxbridge tomorrow so looks like a real solid week shaping up with that load.

Had a nice few days off. Got the old compound bow tuned in up to 40 yards so that should be good enough. Probably run hard until near end of month and then take off a week or so to extract some jerky meat. -

Well week 12 was pretty much a slacker week, only managed a shade over 4160 miles Was only offered a Cheyenne WY load last Friday which was fine by me. Spent two days at the pondersosa stalking deer and various and sundry other nice things. Don't deliver until 1330 on Thursday so just lolligagging my way up there as I suspect I will be rolling toward Rock Springs afterward to pick up on Friday morning. -

Well a pretty blah week to finish up first 13 weeks of recording stuff. Delivered in Cheyenne this afternoon but didn't receive a phone call from back haul until right at 5 pm. Picking up tomorrow in Windsor, CO just down the road. Already got a 900 diff set up to drop it in Grand Prairie on Saturday and hopefully snag up something good for Sunday.
Calculated stuff up and overall fairly satisfied with everything considering the extra time I have taken off during this period. Not every quarter will have an 11 day Alaskan fishing trip in in unfortunately The miles per day driven when actually working is solid and comes out to a 3184 mile week when extrapolated for 7 days which is definitely not too shabby. Should be on pace for 130-135K or so miles as I don't anticipate taking that many days off per quarter the remaining part of the year that I am recording.tucker Thanks this. -

Just been busting out the miles. Resetting in Cheyenne tonight/tomorrow before rolling down to deliver on Monday morning in Laredo, TX. Should have right at 4000 miles for a 6 day work week. Just turned a shade over 2700 miles in 4 days which is likely the most I have ever done over that time period either driving a truck or in a personal vehicle. Pretty #### tired, going to enjoy the day off. -

Laredo was a cluster #### but got out of there and at least had a drop at receiver in Sunnyvale so no lost time there. Was offered about 10 load options but chose the Uxbridge, MA load again for the maximum miles. A shade over 4K miles last week and should be looking at 37-3800 this week if all goes as planned with another reset penciled in for Saturday. Broke #### off with the woman in Arkansas who couldn't handle my job and being away for extended periods, oh well, guess more miles on the way rather than sitting around the house.tucker Thanks this. -

Week 16:
9/25-9/26 North East, PA -- GP --- ????/????
Things rolling along as planned. Got about the perfect load to pick up today in North East, PA after I had to put in a reset yesterday near the pick up point. The only thing that can stop me from having another solid week is if I get screwed on my 900 diff. The load delivers Wednesday at 1400 in Temple which may be too late for a local driver to take care of. Didn't hear anything back on Friday but Out Bound was supposedly trying to get it resolved in my benefit so I could roll on Tuesday. Just looking at the seven days in a roll running ending the previous week was at 4337 miles which is just about all you can squeeze out of a log book here in 7 days.
