I hope I'm in line for that truck, unless he can use that on the flatbed side? If they are routing him back to SF, I better get on the road to MO!

Just finished my run to Pennsylvania. Was an interesting one to say the least. Guess I got a few more reefer runs left in me but my FM was nice enough to give me a going away present of a 1400 mile run to Texas. Yay.

Had a truck get pulled over for tailgating me through Ohio. Found that kind of amusing. Apparently he didn't notice the State Patrol SUV sitting right next to him as he rode my my trailer. He also didn't seem to care for me 'that's why you don't tailgate' remark on the CB. :biggrin_2559:

Then I hit Pennsylvania. I did fine through most of the state but as it got late, the temperature started to go down significantly. I wanted to go ahead and drop my load so I kept pushing on but then I met a new friend on the road....Mr. Black Ice.

After watching my trailer kick out for the 5th time, I decided to just pull into a rest area and get my 10 hour in.

Dropped the load this morning with a good 8 minutes to spare. Apparently going 55 in the hammer lane when you get over to dodge 2 trucks in the emergency lane is a bad thing. According to the flatbedder who rudely went off on me on the CB. He told me that how slow I go made truck drivers look bad, he then proceeded to cut me off, without a turn signal, and almost put a mini van in the wall. Irony...

Anyway, now sitting at a little truck stop off 81. Got a pick up in Harrisburg in the AM that goes to Texas. Dry load (yay!).

Also just got a very interesting Fleet Messege saying the Occupy Wallstreet people will be targeting Walmart DCs and trying to block goods in/out. Never before will I say I actually want to go to a Walmart DC. :biggrin_2559:

    Oh and I'm going Tanker

You need to get your rumor mongers straight. All I said was, "...changing equipment." All y'all got flatheading on the brain!
