The recruiter just told me my info has been verified, I hope she was being straight with me...I was also straight with them and my "problem" in 2002 to avoid a last minute "we didn't know about that" situation...I don't want to miss on any other opportunities and waste my time, or theirs...

 

They're being straight with you, that's what a pre-hire is... a quick verification. Its also not the last hoop you're going to be jumping through.

The hoops he is talking about is the fingerprinting, physical, drug screen, long lines and a security guy who gives a great performance.
