My Qualcomm doesn't talk

    But if my DM send me a message I can't hear it or see it on my truck off while I'm driving so I have to stop when I could just push the button and hear what they say

    Yes sir the volume is up the only noise I hear out of the box is when it chirps to tell me there's a new message

    Probably a defective unit, you could ask the qualcomm people at your company to send a reset. Maybe get them to replace it and see if that fixes it.

    Sounds like the unit I used with Swift back in the early 90's.

    Yea i just want to be able to push one button on the dash and hear it. I have to stop driving to get messages now
