My recent experience with QUALITY LEASE PURCHASE and CELADON

Nope.. I'm still grandfathered into it.. if you leave you no longer get the program; but those of us who have stayed still get it: and I do.. I have taken my weeks off each year and just barely made the bonus week each year..

 

Or switch your pay package: I forgot about that being a reason a lot of people were shifted off that program for that too.. I've just kept the same .01 raise every 130,000 miles and a weeks paid vacation every 30,000 with a bonus week at 120,000 and 140,000.. I've always made it just barely past the 120,000; but, never the 140,000,,, fyi

 

One positive poster for sel a con. Everyone else has a different perspective. Are they all liars? More like smell of dung

 

I don't speak for anyone else but myself and I don't put anyone down for doing the same; unlike a lot of drivers who seem to think only their perspective of everything is the true perspective of everything.. lol

 

Yeah I had to leave. Just wasn't happy with them after 13 years. Landed some place I enjoy working at and A lot less stressful. Got love people whom weren't there point fingers and call names. I just move on.

Now you have to ask where is the money for this coming from if the company is in financially in the red?

 

I'm still really happy here at Celadon.. no pay issues so far; and they've been keeping me moving..

 

You mean they've been keeping you busy at your desk??

 

yeah i have heard lot of crazy things about them and yeah all those big companies have millions because they slave their rokies deivers and pay them crap etc

 

Rokies can't be slaves, unless they want to be.
