It’s certainly a perk to work toward. Although, the skeptic in me questions whether it would still be something offered as medical costs continue to skyrocket in the country.

I have to agree with that one, while they touted its been since 2006 that they had a employee health insurance cost increase, I think the $10 a week increase on below 10 year employees is just a sign of what's coming, I don't see how they will be able to keep the 10+ year employees health insurance free, I am with you McUzi by the time we get there, I don't think it will be offered by then.

I currently have an HRA debit card through FedEx and it’s pretty restrictive on what I can and cannot use it for. Supposed to have an HSA option next year and I plan on switching to that. Downside is it can legally only be offered on plans with a high deductible, but I rarely seek medical care so that doesn’t bother me. The primary benefit is using it for eye care costs that aren’t covered by my vision insurance.

I had it at US Foods and used it to cover my deductible at the optometrist and the remaining costs for glasses and contacts after insurance. Also could use it at the grocery store for health care items like bandaids and contact lense solution. They put a bunch of free money onto it every year, and it rolls over so I never spent anything for medical/eye care. I believe FedEx will be doing the same thing (they already do it for the HRA).

I still have a boatload of money in my FedEx HRA that I can’t do anything with because I’m last the claim eligibility Windows.

But then again, maybe it’s something that sticks around. What other aspects of the company exist to incentivize people to put up with the Lytx camera? Keep taking them away and it’ll be interesting for the folks in charge of improving retention.

Yessir. Haven’t sat home once. Central changed a run on us starting next week so my tm is bidding the house for the second time in a month, likely won’t affect me. How you making out out there?
