How’s everyone doing at saia? I just got in doing P&D, would you guys say it’s a good company to retire from?
viper822004 and Texas_hwy_287 Thank this. -
I personally would say no, but opinions vary.Speedy356, viper822004 and Texas_hwy_287 Thank this.

Saia is not a company to retire from. They have a high turnover rate and micromanage you. A lot of drivers don’t last a year.

According to this guy saia is the best company ever. But I dont know anyone thats been there 5 years plus.
viper822004 Thanks this. -
Not an ltl guy but have been doing research for some time now, many experienced ltl drivers in forum but I believe abf offers a pension of some sort worth noting if you're looking into something to commit to for longterm..ask recruiter and more importantly actual seasoned / veteran drivers that drive there best of luck

He’s been there 15 years.

I dont know that yahoo!

Retire from Saia? I don’t think it’s a question about if it’s a good company to retire from, but a question of whether you’ll stomach it long enough to make it to retirement.
Although, maybe they’re changing their ways now that Karla is retired.MACK E-6, Texas_hwy_287, haz-matguru and 1 other person Thank this.
