Haha what a bad way to start! Don't worry things will get easier. Time with your trainer will seem like it goes on forever but once you are out from under your trainers thumb you will miss the decision making he/she does for you.

We all are forced to sit sometimes. You have to keep in mind this job is not perfect.
Be patience.
I know this is already wearing down your patients but unfortunately this won't be the only time things take forever.
What ever division you run (I think I know which one) you will run into a wait time or two. Dry box is crazy wait times, and in situations where your waiting to be loaded or unloaded patience is required. Because the more you bug them because of your impatience then the longer it takes them.. Or it could make the actual process feel longer then what is was.
I hope that makes senses. Made senses to me but I've been in your shoes so I understand where your coming from.

Been away a while sorry, my trainer and I dropped off a couple of loads in Russellville. We are now headed back to Gary to get a headlight taken care off. My trainer let me take my 10 hour break at home last night since its on route.
