I just took the same survey today. I was told it is now part of the hiring process. It is sort of a myers-briggs test for truck drivers. These sort of test are used a lot of industries these days. There is no reason to sweat the survey.

Just tells them if your capable of acting the way they want you to. I did not have to take it no, but I think it's a great idea.

An update, my bad feelings towards the long wait to start training is nothing compared to the anger I am feeling towards this trainer. This guy is an absolute joke. He is one of if not the dirtiest person I have ever met. His truck looks like a tornado it hit it. There is food that exploded out of some microwave all over the truck INCLUDING the windshield. He doesn't teach anything I have learned everything on my own; luckily I have some experience driving a big rig. This guy lives by the "it's good enough" theory. He doesn't know FMCSR for load securement ( I actually got him to say I don't know it I just put straps on it) he doesn't know how to pre trip a truck I actually had to explain to him how to hook up the quick disconnect attachment to air up his tire at the Gary terminal. He is unsafe, as he constinatly blocks my view taking pictures of random stuff on his cell phone. I can't say enough bad things about this guy. He is undereducated and has the grammar capacity of a 10 year old. He is constinatly lying about stuff (yes I set him up to lie about a lot of things. Roehl value integrity/honesty.) he doesn't understand personal space which has almost for him jacked up twice. He will stand in the sleeper and reach right next to my head to mess with the GPS WHILE IM DRIVING. The last two has left a horrible taste in my mouth, but I am testing out when I get to Ellenwood, so after my bad taste I will be getting an old truck. More to follow I just hit my ten hour break and I can pre trip this truck (which he never does) and point it south so I can get away from this guy. Hopefully, I can get help with anything I need around the terminals from other drivers because this guy couldn't train a paper bag to hold air.

Wow, my trainer is driving and checking his Facebook! Oh yes I got a picture of this. I can't wait to get away from this guy. I will post the picture as soon as I can actually post from a computer.

What a tool I'd speak up it makes all of us look bad he should have his trainer status revoked if not loss of job completely especially doing and representing the company that way. You do or should know not all trainers no matter what division aren't like this douche right?
skyviper73 Thanks this. -
