Well let me add to your issue's as there is a non compete clause in the the contract you signed that basically states you will not work for any other motor carrier for a period of 8 months from the date you signed the contract. That will prevent most carriers from hiring you.

I read it. Have a buddy who is an Iowa attorney. If you pay the contract off the non compete clause is considered satisfied. Thing is you must pay off the $3950.

Is the tuition payback the same no matter which CRST School [I don't know how many there are?] attended and no matter how long attended?

yes but no matter who you are you go to Crst with cdl or not you end up doing refresher the way they are so they can jack you into oweing them money and if they give you fuel stop that is to far away and you run out then they jack you for that or if you request fuel stop early they make you pay the fuel for that if you have to deviate for road closer then they jack you on that truck breaks down and you have to be put up in motel you pay for that so either way a driver looks at it you go to crst you are going to be jacked!

Isn't it interesting the BS some drivers put on here CR England sister company and crst owns western express
Then the drivers that ##### about having to pay money back because they are not willing to finish the contract that they signed if u don't Want to sign a contract pay for your own schooling then u can leave anytime u want
If u sign a contract be a man and finish it most have no clue what they are getting into when they say I WANT TO BE A TRUCK DRIVER
Most want to be a WHEEL HOLDER and most can't get from point A to point B

I have no problem paying back the money. If you are refuring to me in that statement Moneymaker. I only came to CRST to be with my girl. How long did you run teams? Oh wait, I see you work for crusty as a L/P with your wife. I prefer to run solo rather than run teams, unless it is with my girl. I do have a problem with the way it went down. I had a professional job. I did sign a pre-employment contract so I was obligated. I gave up a good job to be with her. How much do you make in referral bonus's?

You can sign a contract and owe them time or money.
