Well. Drop and hook pays .25 per. So to get 29.77 you need 4 in a night. So 7.44 per drop and hook. To be clear. But the hourly if your doing anything is 29.77. So break down it’s 29.77 hour or delay but I think we have to give up 30min.

I thought it was $12.04 to hook and $8.03 if you put your tail to a door

Have no clue. Maybe it’s different. I know when I used to break my set at a terminal then rehook I got .5 hr to do that. So half of 29.77.

From what I understand Junior the cpm rate .6850 is pretty uniform across the board through out the system, but I guess hourly rates vary by location, my hourly rate is $27.20, but like Radman my drop and hooks are paid in quarter hours, so when I hook a set it's .25 or quarter of a hour, which at $27.20hr translates to $6.80, it's the same for breaking a set too.

Interesting thing also is I have never been paid to put the second trailer up to a door either, although in my case I really don't fret over it, because there were dozens of times that Saia paid me a drop or a hook , for hooking to a already hooked set of empties or dropping a set of empties at their request, so I figure it all equals out.

Our CPM is the same here but the hourly rate is a bit different.
We never put our tail to a door at the hub I run to but at our home terminal we don’t have a yard jockey so we get paid a van drop every day to put our tail to a door. It pays a little less than a hook but it’s all good.

Radman and USMC 3531 Thank this.
