    September's numbers

Freight bill earnings to truck $14,827

    Total expenses $12,404

    Escrow $205

    Truck payment $2,422

    Loaded miles 7,975

just shy of $1.86 a mile

going to try something different this month, and run some longer runs hopefully that will increase the revenue over

gotta get tires next month, been hearing from other drivers that the company dictates what tires you can get, that could cause some issues for me since over all i am paying for them... we will see how it plays it out

Tell the mech you want a different size. I ran into a different guy and he said he grabbed the tire with a bigger sidewall. He was able to do 73, but you speedometer will be off and will have to use a gps to keep it legal. Everyone asks and/or calls don but he won't tell you to take them off. Did you ever ask safety what class you. There's 5 classes, it decides what loads you can haul.

Yeah you should try and make your way out east further. Get some of these machinery loads out here you probably make a lot more money

I'm gonna give it shot and run out east and see how it goes, and hope things are better, I'm not going to stay out longer, so we will see what the future holds

I have a suggestion that might achieve what your looking for. Get a load to the Midwest due a couple short hauls of steel or machinery, then head back to the nw . All in two weeks time. Some of the short haul freight in the Midwest pays well and then the long haul home should pay well since no flatbed copamys in the Midwest want to go there because they don't have freight coming back to the Midwest. you do however being leased to sammons .

Ya that's what we do, based in MT.. Get load out to midwest, then run steel or machinery. Stuff going to the midwest doesn't pay well, but its easy to get back from there. Or we'll go to south west from there and then back north.

In 2 weeks time you can run to the Midwest go do a few loads around and make your way back to the Northwest. In about 1 weeks time I've gone from Iowa Up to Tacoma to the port in back down to home which is in Chicago. All that done in a 62 mph truck.
