I think I remember Nana, who now drives for them, saying inverters were not allowed.

As far as I know, it is not mandatory. I will know more about that when/if I make it to orientation.

With only the rest of this week left of school, I have decided to go home. Nothing to do with the company, The training has been great. I am trying to deal with too much stress in my personal life right now. Maybe I will try again someday.

I wish all of you the best, and I think Swift is alright for a training company. Only problem I really had was inaccurate information from my recruiter. Good luck to all of you thinking of joining Swift.

Rug, just the stuff I mentioned earlier in this thread. Not a big deal and not why I am going home. Actually, it looks like I have caught a break. I talked to my driver trainer this morning and told him I was under too much personal stress to drive right now. After looking at my logs from Monday and Tuesday, I have my required hours of road training. All I have to now is come back for orientation.

Because you will have to take tests in map reading, trip planning, logging, and some chapters out of a book. It will bring your average up to passing if you don't do so great on some of the other tests. You have to have minimum score to pass the class stuff. Can't remember now what it was, but some would not have passed without that extra boost from the online tests.
