My time with Millis Transfer

Loading and Unloading... all I can say I care about is if I can turn and burn from doing it and make money... I'll do what I gotta do ... and with the camera... I don't much think they're so bad.. specially if someone f'd up everything to cause them to do it... My fiancée feels more comfortable knowing atleast someone is watching out for us and or watching to make sure we're safe and everyone else is safe.

 

I never really thought of them as a baby sitter before but I guess you could.

 

Realistically I have heard about 1%. Although I've been here 3 weeks and had to unload one trailer of furniture. My trainer said that was the first load he has had in like 5 years.

 

I unloaded a truck once in 510 loads with Millis and that was only because I wanted something to do...bunch of couches....felt good.

 

oh Joy of couches.... I remember doing that at menards.. Lol

 

nd I'm glad that Millis is the one that I am starting with and hopefully stay with.I'm not a job hopper.I have been on my
Current job 18 yrs but trucking is what I have always wanted to do.

 

What type of insurance do Millis offer in their benefit package?

 

health, vision, dental, life, high deductible, low co pay, but you also get a health savings account and a prescription plan
