Congrats and welcome aboard!!! The long form is the copy that the DR. filled out when you took the physical. The regular form is the one that they gave you, that you are required to carry with you at all times. I just went back to the place I got my physical done at and told them that I needed a copy of my DOT long form physical and they printed it off for me.

Day 7 is in the books. Started out with some pre-trip and then on to more backing. Did a couple of rounds on the blind side parallel, driver side parallel, alley dock, and the crossovers, until it started to snow. Went about another 2 hours and then they decided to let us go early as the roads started to get pretty bad. They want us to come in at noon tomorrow, so hopefully the roads won't be as bad. Got to see the truck and trailer that one of the driver's rolled on the Tail of the Dragon. It was pretty messed up. Hope that the driver made it out ok. Well, everyone stay safe and warm tonight!

Well, no class today. The roads are all iced over and traffic still at a stand still in places. Guess I get to hangout at the hotel and catch up on some laundry. Everyone be safe!

Well, 2 weeks down. Today was more backing and backing and yep, more backing. We had one student get let go today. They couldn't get the backing part down at all after a full week. On the bright side, I got to meet my trainer. Talked to him for a few min and looked at his truck, then it was time for class to start. I also found out who my dispatcher was going to be. From all the info I've gathered so far, I'm glad that I ended up with this dispatcher. Get ready to leave today and then we find out that the half of class that was backing all week, gets to take a road trip to Black River bright and early Monday morning at 4am. Yay! It was looking like nice sunny weather for the upcoming week, but now I'm looking at highs of 17 degrees! Oh well, should be a fun trip. Everyone drive safe and have a good one!
