You guys must have gotten those really big rolls of it, almost the size of a coil. I was more referring to the small rounds of it that are stacked in like 4x4 sized bundles. Those suck!

    You're taking about welfare rod.

Yeah these are 5 get tall by 7 feet long write mesh rolls for concrete. The welfare rod, I've not hauled, but I've seen what Gus go through when they have to strap and chain it. Yeah, that #### sucks

Mesh sucks as well, but it's whatever. They pay the bills. I just don't like All that rolly crap on my trailer. It would be nice to have enough chains for it all.

Personally, I'm not really caring much on what we get, the more loads we get now the more versed I'll be on securement before I go solo. R eally enjoying my time out but wish it would go somewhat faster.

That is so very true. It's the only way you will learn! I never hauled any coils with my trainer...my first three loads were coils haha.

Well our load of rebar was messed up. Seems the consignee had moved their job sure 48 miles away and didn't tell the shipper. So the shipper had to pay to have the load resigned, and then had to pay a stop off fee. We got there and no issues getting unloaded despite being at the end of the day.

Our next load were heading over to Wheatland Pa for a load of steel pipe that's going to Milwaukee due in tomorrow afternoon by 12. Good thing is, this is a drop and hook, and it's all down i80 turnpike
