Don't they have a shingles vaccine now?? -
They do, but it's more so aimed towards the elderly.
Gunner75 Thanks this. -
Was kinda hoping for another load of shingles, but there was already two other tmc drivers there loading, and another driver coming in behind me to unload as well. I'm just outside of Cleveland at the pilot in Girard. Needed fuel and had to get the truck washed for the week. Prior to me stopping I could've made it to Alcoa, but there isn't any parking close, so I figure I'll just hang out here for the night, get my 10 in and deliver in the morning. Curious what I might get out of the Cleveland area for Monday....maybe more shingles?

I always got steel out of there bringing me back to the home area which is Chicago.

For the week I'm at $2866, I'm told that is slightly above average for being a partial week. Had I had another load it would've put me over the fleet average of $3200. Over all I'm satisfied, do hope the weeks get better though.

I'd bet on some sort of steel, but who knows haha. Everything I've thought this week has been wrong haha. If next week is a full week, I think you'll do well.
Gunner75 Thanks this. -

In orientation we was told the average gross to the trucks was $3200, but its really up to you and your fleet manager to get it worked where you can get the best rates. The sooner your on the load board in the morning, the greater chance you have at a better paying load.
*Five-0* Thanks this. -
Gunner, do you remember what the average per load is right now? I think they tell you at orientation. That will help his question a lot. Times that by 5 for a full week or 4 for a partial etc etc.
*Five-0* Thanks this.
