Tmc is really high on professional attitude and how people carry themselves. The biggest reason they're the only place I'll company drive for.
I'm here for the experience and the opportunity. I want to do flat bed A's I want to learn from the best.
Thats the way it was when I was there. We started with 45 or so I can't remember. When it was all said and done only like 15 of us were left.
Usually there are a few for positive piss tests, a few for medical, some for bad attitude or things like missing the bus in the morning playing with phones in class, crap like that. What's left is the people you want as coworkers.
Today was filed with coating grade with everyone else, crashing jokes on everyone and finishing off what paper work we had left. Va,w2s, insurance, type ####. Tomorrow we start at 7 rather than 8. It's load securement till Sunday then we test on that.
Load securement is where you learn the important stuff. I loved that weekend. Mike is a good thorough teacher. I'm pretty sure he's driven every division we have. Last was Deere. He's a good man to go to for help.
Do ya ever think thats to see who stay professional and who thinks they can goof off because George does.
