    Taxes suck!! I get paid every 2 wks with taxes insurance 401k etc I lose 34% before I see anything :( but then again I claim single 0

    Gunner, i just wanted to thank you for this thread. Ive read your entire post and its good stuff. Its nice to see someone post without all the negative crap. You are definitely a guy that knows what it takes. I'm looking at trucking as a career after I retire from my current job in about 5 years. TMC sounds like a good option for me.

    Ok so I dont recall if I posted my snapshot results but I did get my first snapshot in. Im at 29% with 157 points. My FM notified me yesterday that I am set for my TQM class on Nov 8. That will be an entire weekend in Des Moines taking that class, a safety meeting, and another class. Im told they make it a good time. That 3% boost made a noticeable difference in my income. So far, my first full month with TMC has been great, its had its ups and downs, few issues that I wont get into, but overall very good. I cant see leaving anytime soon.

    You'll get a "sample" snap shot with each check, but you get one ever 30 days. Not sure exactly how it works, gunner has been through this more recent than I have. Every month you'll have a new snap. I think it's like the first Thursday or something.

    I think its the last Thursday of the month, or the first Thursday after the last Monday of the month. Our something like that. I got my first on Oct 2, will get another on Oct 30

    I'm officially fed up with tarped coils, I can't seem to get the tarp right. It looks like ####, flaps around and snaps my bungies
