N-Series Vs Maxxforce

    I want to understand the International Class 8 engines a little more. I've read the Maxxforce are terrible because of the EGR system I believe. But are all the engines that International made terrible?
    1. Are all the Maxxforce series engines ALL garbage or did they improve on them over time?
    2. Are the N-Series engines good engines?
    3. Are the A-26 engines good engines?

    Saw a Maxxforce with 900000 miles.Dont know it's history but....never thought that was possible.
