    Hello!
Yesterday , after turning off my engine brake I would accelerate and it would sound like the engine is knocking . Like the engine brake is engaging .
I was wondering if it’s safe anyways or should I just avoid the engine brake ?

I saw that it could be the solenoid , what else can it be?

    thank you!

I suspect you have a broken inner spool valve spring. This is a common problem and I would advise not to use the engine brake until it is repaired. While you are in there replace all six of them.
