Rear of intake manifold, I believe it has 3 wires and points towards back. What's this noise my last post went thru the same time you listed a clunking? Boost sensor shouldn't make it clunk it should just derate your fuel.
N14 problem

Need a second person to check, unscrew it, leave it plugged up start engine and supply shop air while someone mashes the throttle. The smoke should pour black, if not you have a sensor or wiring issue.
andreevans903 and ShooterK2 Thank this. -
Maggard, I'm starting to wonder if he doesn't have an injector sticking open and causing a knock. ECM thinks the air flow is low because it can't keep up with the fuel. But he says no black smoke. So I'm kinda lost. It must be an air leak/restriction somewhere. Not sure what the clunking sound is about tho.andreevans903 Thanks this.

It has a clunking noise while under acceleration and when engine starts to die the noise gets louder and I'll try that Tomorrow

The noise sounds like low fuel pressure or air in fuel.

All these are codes for the injector circuits. You mention an intermittent miss,
Did this start right after the Overhaul?
Did you replace the injectors?
Did you replace the pass thrus for the injectors from the wire harness or the electrical connection on the end of the injectors.
Your could have an electrical wire problem that was losing contact while shaking down the road and finally broke.
Your boost sensor is in the Intake Manifold. The end that faces the firewall. It costs about a hundred bucks. I think I was getting a 123 code before I replaced mine. My motor would derate and the yellow cel would come on.
Couple weeks ago, I was getting a 121 code. My yellow CEL would come on at a low rpm and turn off about 8000 rpm and gradually it was getting up to 10000 before it would turn off. I mean the Yellow CEL not the motor. Motor ran fine the whole time.
To fix that was change the EPS 40 bucks for the sensor, That was the sensor down by the oil pump.
Your could check for an air leak in fuel line. Maybe a hole in the cooling plate behind the ECM. BUT, your description doesn't sound like that is the problem.
GOOD luck.andreevans903 Thanks this. -
All injector codes and no 343 or 111. Strange, but possible.
How about RPM limitations at 1500 and CE and SE lights?
If you have Insite just delete fault codes, start engine, warm up and run for 2-3 hours or till problem comes back, check fault codes. If it has the same codes - ECM CPU problem, if no codes - fuel or something mechanical.andreevans903 Thanks this. -
The miss started last week the overhaul was in August
I only replaced one injector that was bad and those codes may have came from me unplugging each injector to see if they are working -
And no I didn't replace the pass thrusts I've already replaced eps
