National 2 week quarantine??

No. Listening to short wave radio broadcasts here because there is more global news. While there is plenty of propaganda and some outright 'apocalypse preacher nuts', there is nothing at all credible to indicate any sort of airborne illness war, or any other new or 'major' or covert action that would be responsible for this, and it is spoken of as un-intended. The entities being blamed range from Satan to Communist China. Situation normal.

 

Some hospitals are overrun with “potential”cases. They haven’t been tested yet to add to the numbers

I've been studying on this to find out why this is such a big deal...here's what I have found so far.
All cold and flu viruses are corona type viruses, so named for their shapes. A normal corona virus dies at temperatures in excess of about 80 degrees (f) and are usually fought off successfully by our body's fever producing capabilities.
This new strain is much different. It is a corona virus similar to the others but it requires a temperature of 133 degrees (f) to kill it. Our bodies do not naturally produce that kind of a fever and as such cannot just easily fight this thing off. And to make things worse, it is a fast mutating strain that changes form therefore bypassing the bodies immunities each time a new generation of this virus appears. Meaning, that reinfection of a person who just got over it is completely possible, and has happened.
This virus is very dangerous as a result of these differences, people with any kind of weakness may not survive the onslaught that this virus is capable of producing.

 

Do they still have that that sign near Kissimmee, live in an "Orange Grove"? Smelled good going thru at night.

 

I am not sure myself, if it is serious or not. I would not want my wife, a breast cancer survivor, to test it on herself. She is using her sawing machine right now, making facial masks....I was given an order to wear it next week. I am not sure that I will...but I have them handy.

Your wife is the exact person at risk from what I understand and the reason I am following the guidelines.

 

BTW....let us know how the mask fits...LOL
