Talk to a recruiter 630 bucks with 5 months exp they want me to train 2 to 3 weeks mostly 10 speeds 660 kw are not own by swift run west to east not that east of the mississippi stuff.

But feeling tells me they are more like a western express than swift. At least with swift i was getting great mileage. Trying to stay somewhere to make good money.

If you're in the hiring area, South East Carriers does lots of West Coast runs and NO Northeast. Trucks have APU's.

    Not even close.

As others have said, Swift bought out the dry van side of Navajo.

Swift is aggressively adding accounts, not losing them. I regularly hear that drivers are needed for new accounts; I have yet to hear of any lost accounts in my area.

Central Refrigerated was formed in 2002 by the Moyes family as a holding company when Dick Simon Trucking went bankrupt. It was run as a separate company until 2013, when it was merged into Swift. Word in the breakroom was that Moyes wanted to give it to his kids, but none of them wanted it.

The word from swift was his daughter ran it into the ground central that is he bought it back, funny they still have a higher hiring standard than swift and though there owned by they same people I never saw a central truck at any of the swift terminals.

Ive applied to almost all companies I could think of I will name them off.(maybe you could add some I haven't applied to)

Werner swift trans am Baylor knight Roehl us express usa trucks kllm maverick re west prime crete pam covenant

ones I am unwilling to work for are schnieder jb hunt crst or englan.

Word is that Jerry's been running it all along; she simply wasn't interested in it.

I've seen Central trailers at Swift terminals even before the official merger. Now, the closest Swift terminal has nearly as many Central trailers in it as Swift trailers.

The companies are pretty well merged at this point. I've seen plenty of Central tractors pulling Swift trailers, and I've seen a few Swifts pulling Centrals.

That is the truth. Don Digby went broke

Jerry bought Navajo. http://mysite.verizon.net/vzeoatdm/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderfiles/empiresfall.pdf He rolled the dry Navajo into Swift so not to compete with Swift and he needed the accounts. He parted out with the LTL division to Old Dominion since has has no desire to pay LTL wages and has to much LTL equipment without the work for it. He toke the accounts from DSW (Digby South-West) and runs it with Swift employees as a subcontractor for Swift. To make the deal work he let Don Digby keep a share of his portion of the Digby empire;Don is listed as head of Navajo, but Jerry is the money.

Nothing but propaganda. Swift was at 21K drivers a few years ago. They dropped to 12K before the Central merger. They loose customers left and right when loads show up late with a Swift truck running over something.

No. Jerry did Dick just like he did Don, just like he did the Knights, his own brother and his kids. Moyes family had nothing to do with it. Jerry's family, brother and kids, were suing him at the time!

Yes, the Jerry's daughter romer. According to rumor, Jerry's daughter was running, Central, DSW, Navajo, Digby, Central LTL, ect. Never found any evidence of Jerry giving any of his adopted kids any part of his trucking business.

So after reading three pages of "swift owns this" and "no they dont" did you get a call back about a job yet. Even Navajo "whoever they're owned by" get back to u yet?
