That area of North Dakota, you do not receive any weather information. There are many areas without cell service as well.

Two men from St. Brieux driving on a North Dakota highway were caught in a tornado on Thursday, killing one and injuring the other, the Winnipeg Free Press is reporting.
A 51-year-old man was driving on Highway 52 near Bowbells, North Dakota when the tornado touched down. His vehicle was tossed 400 metres into a nearby field, leaving the four-door sedan on its roof.
Al Ross, who lives in Bowbells, saw the tornado.
"It lifted up a quarter of a mile in the air and dropped down about a quarter mile away," said Ross.
