    I have a 2012 TerraStar with a MaxForce diesel. It’s showing a code of SPN 3055, engine fuel system monitor, FMI 17 Leval one. Does anyone out there know what this means? Nead your help

    It means the ECM is seeing fuel pressure higher than what it is commanding. Usually when you get this code with no engine problems, it is just the rail fuel pressure sensor and harness that is going bad on the right side of the engine under the valve cover. If you get this code and the engine quits or stumbles, then you likely have a failing high pressure fuel pump.
