Get a portable diesel heater from Amazon. You can also burn kerosene with it too. They're inexpensive and safer than whatever nonsense the carrier gave you. Personally, I'd wouldn't drive for a company like that. They're treating you like dirt.
I can't believe there is ever more than one answer in these threads. Trucking has solved this. It's cheap, effective and efficient to have a diesel bunk heater in your truck. Takes up no space, burns about 16 oz. of diesel from your main tanks per night. So simple. All these ideas like we're at in a Russian prison with no money are comical.

really??? the model T truck went out of style some time ago. Seriously there are DOT Regulations covering defrosters and cab heaters and what your describing most likely breaks a few of them !!! Hope you sleep with all the windows open . WOW.
