Need a GOOD attorney ....

[FONT=&quot] I had a problem with my DAC. Hireright had appended someone elses driving record to my file. I contacted lawyer below. He was the lead attorney in a class action suit against Hireright and specializes in employment law. I spoke with his assistant Audrey. She was wonderful! She addressed my problem immediately, had my file corrected, and didn't charge me a dime. Everything was handled informally and over the phone/fax. She even followed up with me a few weeks later to ensure I wasn't having any more problems. Very nice, and very helpful people. They really care about truckers!
