need a good mentor!

Bluebonn, Im supposed to start orientation on the 5th in Lathrop. I dont know if you get this far west much, but barring any issues Ill be looking for a Mentor around the 8th or 9th if you dont pick anyoneup by then.

 

alright man that is twice I have mentioned that I am available with no response from u unless I missed it. these arrangements take time to happen and they have to get me where u are at. so I have to know asap.

Ok just been real busy here lately. Past two weeks have been back to back runs that are 1200 ++ and less than 24 to get there

Hi, im pretty mellowed out ,layback as they come, so when i did the training gig for crst heres what i told my students, one no cell phones or 5 cell phones , yes i had a student that was talking on 5 phones at once , i caught him , thinking i was asleep, so a quik into the truck stop in the back, i didnt yell or anything , but i explain what he was doing was very wroung, and he never did it again and waited till our time too have lunch or while on the dock getting loaded, you dont need too yell to get a point across, i taught both female and males, made no diff too me, the money wasnt there anyway, even had one lady said there gonna lose a great trainer after she got off my truck and got her own truck, but now if swift want s me i like too run a year, pay them back then 2nd year go into the training program again, yes i know , once a trainer, you sleep with one eye opean all the time
