As I've said before, there is a reliable test for alcohol intoxication and impairment level, whereas there is no reliable test for marijuana intoxication or impairment level. The record shows that people continue to insist on making poor choices regarding driving while impaired. Therefore, in the interest of public safety there must be a zero tolerance policy with regard to those intoxicating substances where intoxication and impairment level cannot be reliably ascertained.
The fault lies with the individuals making the poor choices, not with the government for establishing the legality of the substance.
Marijuana use by CDL drivers will never be legalized.

not since college bumpy. I just get tired of all the rules imposed on us, not just driving rules but all the rules including gun control. I'm clean and green because i drive and i accept these rules and i won't jeopardize my license or anyone's safety. I just feel there are more dangerous rules that are broken that's all. Besides i like to see other's opinions about certain things. No accidents or tickets since 78. Thats one i'm proud of and over two million miles to boot
