Rushing into a decision is not a wise move in this industry. Your future success may be decided by working at the right company, rather than some random company. I strongly suggest you act as if you are picking what & where you will be working for the next year, all day, everyday, rather than like one company is the same as most other companies. A company that is unsuited to you will make leaving early seem like a smart thing, but leaving early will make you seem less hire-able at the better companies and restrict you to mediocre or worse companies that take guys with a few months experience. Or they may put you in situations where you get other tickets and now it looks like you are dangerous or unreliable for all but the worst companies.
Need a little insight

@Chinatown would the miles obtained from a regional account, serve as experience when companies ask for "otr experience". I know the difference between regional and otr, and i understand local experience is worthless to companies, but will regional experience be honored?
