It’s not Florida. Tennessee is probably optimal given the number of large carriers based there. Most states don’t charge sales tax on interstate trucks. I’m based in WA and had to jump through hoops to avoid it. Who has an extra 8.7% of 144K laying around? I sure didn’t.
