Need advice on going about being a trucker.

    I recently just got pulled over not having insurance and expired tags. I only had one ticket prior to this incident but was 5 years ago. Im not sure of the court will dismiss this or not but it may lead to a misdemeanor. Can I still become a truck driver and work over the road? Will this hold me back?

    If it becomes a misdemeanor it's public record and you have to own up to it on your application s because they will find out otherwise it's not a moving violation so not a big deal.
