Need advice on silencing "roger beep"!

    The switch is on the RF power switch I think, and it is push to click off and then on, the center light of the three small lights under the channel knob should be unlit when the roger beep is off.

    You are right there are A LOT of people out here with the farting noise.
    I don't like all those "toys" that people put as extras on their radios. I
    don't even care for echo.


    What is it with people thinking you are a "good buddy" if you have the
    roger beep????
