If he's sitting in the passenger seat slamming down shots of vodka while you're driving I'd say you've got a problem. If he's in the sleeper on line 2 and going to sleep it off to zero BAC and the truck is parked It's not a problem as far as I can see. But it's pretty poor judgement on his part and I doubt the carrier would approve.

 

It's true! And most mega carriers train their drivers to be very careful which type mouthwash you carry, because some contain faint amounts of alcohol and if found on your truck, you could get a life sentence in prison. Yeow!

I don't consider anything that's piss yellow to be beer. And the 'lightest' beer I drink is Negra Modelo.

 

A trainer should be making a minimum of 2k extra a month. Use some of that money to get a $50 motel.. Leave the student in the truck overnight.. They won't mind the privacy.. And drink your ### off every few days. No one cares.
