I don't have first-hand experience doing Canada-Canada in-bond moves, but I've done dozens of Canada-Mexico ones in the last few years. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of them going south every week. I can't imagine Canada-Canada moves being disallowed. Whether it is worth the hassle is an entirely different conversation.

the way i understand it, us border services won't allow them due to security issues. talk to them or ask any driver that used to do them and see what they say. we used to do them between winnipeg and windsor all the time but quit after 9/11. was told they won't allow them. am going to try to find a refrence on it.

not much to say, really. things break in the cold. the key is preventive maintanance and knowing what your equipment is like.

any particular hiring newbies without experience? . thank you

bonded loads are certainly still legal. Almost every truck running east-west goes through the states instead of up into northern canada to get around the lakes.
