The industry refuses to pay drivers what they are worth... I have seen it to many times capping out a drivers pay.. That's BS in my books... Pay the good drivers what they are worth... If they can start paying Mickey D workers $15 bucks an hour they can pay truckers a better wage... This is a prime example of why I have always owned my own trucks... Take It from me I spent 43 yrs on these roads and ive seen company drivers quit in the truck stops and just head home... If you have a wife and kids and bills your not gonna make it on 28 cents a mile even 34 is hard unless you never want to see your family again and just live in your truck...
