Your father is not banded from the industry but he will have trouble getting on with the other Mega Companies for the next 3 years. Which I think is good.
He needs to do the Craigslist thing and find a job there. Those companies are looking for drivers and if their insurance can approve him, he will be hired. He should also consider working for a Concrete company, trash company, or a local lumber yard. They hire.
Once he has six months accident free, he can reapply to those companies that are turning him down now.
