If supporting his kids doesn't motivate him to bust his but then that is pathetic. I have done what I had to and will do whatever I have to again so I can provide for my family! That is the ultimate motivation!

Yeah it's sad. Like I told him about sefl driver trainee and he won't go fill out the app because he doesn't wanna be stuck in a warehouse but I said I don't know anyone that will just hire you with a brand new cdl no experience but once he goes broke in about a month or so he'll try to apply then and the position will be filled already

We are a 24/7 Nation. Ever since the discovery of shifts and how productive they were during world war two, everyone does 24/7 shifts.

There were times I come home prior to sunrise and wife was already gone or was leaving to go to her work. We would not see each other until Sunday for church on our days off. That was a little difficult.

Sometimes it would be days before you stopped work. as in days and nights. Especially if a situation called for such battle. Not too often thankfully.

Now they are working hard to lower the hourly cost of workers, that means having everyone get 20 hour jobs with no bennies and need 3 of those jobs per spouse to keep the lifestyle. While bringing in immigrants to drive truck. Companies can hire two immigrants at .20 a mile or close to three of them rather than pay one of me at .50 or more.
