Need advice

All the megas have junk trucks because they don't do any pm's and just wait on a few things to break and they will get to it.

Same song and dance everywhere. Just saying that because job hopping in between the megas will not look good.

I have what Trooper said, chased shops in companies to get and keep my tractor 100% Toggle broke, it gets fixed. AC burn up in the fall, replace it all. Except the yelling after the comcheck for 1800 or whatever. better to ask forgiveness than to get permission that will never happen.

And my biggest? A set of 10 tires for winter battle once a year before first ice. That';s what 4000 dollars? The old set has like 100K plus and is wore out from last winter already, come on you cheap ######## get me my 10.,

 

I think Werner has definitely improved because I haven't heard bad lately. Just saying put any big companies name in that spot and it happens at all of them. My company was not a mega around 2k trucks and rave reviews but I went through 4 in 2 years.
