I have a little less the one year experience, and I did a lease purchase at my second company with bad results. I have been out of truckin for about 3 months but I want to get back to flatbed. I call these companies and they all say because I live in ohio I will haft to stay in my aria, I want to go back west, Texas, new Mexico, Arizona, California, Utah. You get my point. And I want a lease purchase. I only know flatbed so any advice

    Flatbed division lease/purchase:
    Western Express
    Celadon
    CRST Malone
    These 3 run west coast.

I want my own truck. I will not do force dispatch. And I like the west. I'm not looking for home time. Just good money. I have bad credit so it's the only way to go

    pattyj Thanks this.

If hometime doesn't matter, why don't you just relocate to the region you want to run? I think @Chinatown said they don't have state income taxes in Nevada, we don't have them in Texas. Rent an apartment for 600/month, and run a regional account. Freight down here doesn't pay as well as the Ohio area though. I know ATS offers a no credit check 1 year lease, and I see them pulling heavyhaul and oversized around north Texas, not sure if they are a good company though.

Danny Herman Trucking is dry van and runs west coast. They don't run northeast or New York City. Don't think they have lease/purchase, but I'd wait until the baby is born to do that anyway. Right now you need decent pay every week.
They run lots of I-40, I-20, I-10, I-8 and hit the border towns of Texas on a regular basis.
Calexico, California is one of their runs.
