Need advie please

I started at Swift and left after 2 months to go to FedEx and I'm glad I did.
Like others above have said, don't be scared to move on. Just move on for a clearly BETTER job. No one is going to look at that as job hopping if it's a smart move.

Wow that's pretty #### awesome for a rookie driver. If you switch company's I'm pretty sure you won't be running those kind of miles with that pay.I worked for them last year and people always bashing swift,pretty good company if u ask me. All I can say is try in stuck around for at lease a year because with your experience you're only going to get bull#### companies honestly

It sounds like you have it pretty good there compared with what many of their drivers make. I understand the frustration of dealing with people disrespecting you because of the name on the truck, but don't head over to another company that is also considered a bottom-feeder only to face a similar situation.

Here's what you should do: go to a truck stop and get one of every type of those free "driver magazines" with all the different companies advertising their jobs. Then set them all on fire. Most companies that have to aggressively advertise like that for drivers are doing so out of desperation. They have problems with turnover because the jobs suck for one reason or another. Also be wary of huge sign-on bonuses. Another red flag. The places that don't advertise or bribe drivers to work for them are the ones you should check out.

Well said, I couldn't agree more. My company didn't even pay my way to orientation. Lol.
