I can run the fridge for 24 hours in the middle of summer before having to fire up the truck. That's when the shutdown shuts down. Shutting down all electrical leaving enough juice to fire engine up.

Kinda batts are you running? My cables are clean jumpers too and I have a new alt

i don't know what batteries, the truck is only 5 months old. Haven't even popped the lid.

The truck i had before was a 12 FL. Had that truck for 18 months, 12 months in i couldn't run my minor electricals for a full 10, the bunk heater would only run 5 hours. One day i stopped at the yard and got out of the truck, BAD rotten egg smell. The mechanics finally replaced the batteries (after i complained for a month).

All was good again.
